Naveed Khan

Chief Operating Officer


Responsible for delivering operational excellence across hotel leadership teams, Naveed has established a reputation for himself with his work throughout the UK, Europe, the Americas and Africa.


His background spanning in-house and hotel management roles across branded, independent, limited, full service and resort properties has given him the innate understanding of the complexities of the hotel revenue systems make him a key player in the hospitality landscape.


Former company representation includes Kew Green Hotels Ltd and the Eclipse Hotels Group and most recently he was a senior member of the Michels & Taylor Ltd. where he spent more than five years providing invaluable management support for a large portfolio of hotels.


Clare Anna

Chief Commercial Officer


Renowned for her business acumen and her ability to drive high performing commercial teams, Clare has garnered a track record in developing very efficient sales, marketing, PR and revenue management initiatives.


With vast experience in both in-house and hotel management roles, Clare was the Regional Director of Sales for De Vere Venues before moving into a group role as the Group Director of Agency Sales for Principal Hotel Company.


Most recently she was the Commercial Director for Michels & Taylor, responsible for driving top line revenue performance via the commercial triangle of sales, marketing and revenue. Her success has earned her the reputation for consistently transforming the results of underperforming hotels.


Claire Baxter

Vice President - Sales


With a prestigious background in hotel sales, Claire has gained industry leadership status with her strategic approach to commercial hospitality.


Having spent more than 15 years spent cultivating strong industry connections during her time spent at two global hospitality giants, Claire commands unmatched coverage of the industry’s key partners and agencies.


Her longstanding career has been spent at the Marriott group, Hilton Worldwide and more recently she has represented hospitality management firms including Recharge Hospitality and Super Monday.


Alan Quelch

Finance Director


A veteran of the hospitality industry, Alan has a career spanning 40 years that has seen him represent the financial interests of hospitality companies including Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, Ennismore International and the Swinton Estate.


He has an eye for detail unheard of in the industry and offers profound expertise in capital expenditure, investment funding, financial reporting and analysis. He is driven to significantly improve a hotels financial performance and works closely with the owners to support, redevelop, and reposition the properties financial position.


Tasneem Buitendikj

Director of Acquisitions


A highly experienced professional with more than 22 years hospitality experience, Tasneem has proven to deliver operational excellence at every turn throughout a very varied career within the industry.


Most recently she was the Director of Operations for the 4C Hotel Group – leading the operations of 11 properties across the UK and Africa and prior to this she excelled in roles as a General Manager, F&B team leadership, project management and support and many more.


Katie King

Marketing Director


With over 12 years international marketing experience, Katie has developed a reputation for devising creative, high impact marketing campaigns that are budget savvy and highly optimised for the market in which they are being promoted.


She has headed up the PR & Marketing departments of some of the world’s most prestigious hotels including the ‘7 star’ Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Group and most recently the Queen Elizabeth 2.


Alexandra Whitmore

Sales Director


With a glamorous list of hotel projects behind her, Alexandra has wide varying experience within the commercial hospitality industry.


Having represented several hotel and event brands, including De Vere, Champneys Health Resorts and Countrywide Hotels Group, Alexandra is well versed in the dynamics of sales and offers a highly adaptable approach to her work.


Jon Sharp

Vice President - F&B Operations


Jon is an outstanding F&B leader who has garnered a large following with his out of the box ideas and views within the hospitality industry. He is the epitome of industry disrupter and brings high level results for all the properties that he represents.

He spent ten years heading up some of the Hilton’s signature property F&B offerings – representing them across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa and prior to this he was head of F&B for Travelodge Hotels.


Ulan Kanybekov

Area Revenue Manager


Ulan is a data driven revenue professional with over 15 years’ successful experience heading up the revenue management of a prestigious collection of hotel properties, most recently in a hotel management environment.

His tenure as a revenue manager spans famous hotel chains including Travelodge, Hallmark and InterContinental Hotels Group.
