Chief Operating Officer responsible for delivering operational excellence across hotel leadership teams, Naveed has established a reputation for himself with his work throughout the UK, Europe, the Americas and Africa. His background spanning in-house and hotel management roles across branded, independent, limited, full service and resort properties has given him the innate understanding of the complexities of the hotel revenue and operating systems make him a key player in the hospitality landscape. Former company representation includes Kew Green Hotels Ltd and the Eclipse Hotels Group and most recently he was a Operations Director of Michels & Taylor Ltd team where he spent more than five years providing invaluable Operational management support and leadership for a large portfolio of hotels across all segments. As we enter the third year of London Rock Partners Naveed plays a key role is understanding owner objectives and supporting in achieving them through clear leadership.

CLARE ANNA
Co-founder & Chief Commercial Officer
Renowned for her business acumen and her ability to drive high performing commercial teams, Clare has garnered a track record in developing very efficient sales, marketing, PR and revenue management initiatives. With vast experience in both in-house and hotel management roles, Clare was the Regional Director of Sales for De Vere Venues before moving into a group role as the Group Director of Agency Sales for The Principal Hotel Company. Most recently she was the Commercial Director for Michels & Taylor, responsible for driving top line revenue performance via the commercial triangle of sales, marketing and revenue. Her success has earned her the reputation for consistently transforming the results of underperforming hotels. Now into the third year of trading as London Rock Partners her skill set has extended to a wider operational knowledge of hospitality assets.

Property Director
Yasir oversees a diverse portfolio of assets across Central London and Regional UK. With more than a decade of experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors, Yasir has consistently delivered exceptional results, earning a reputation for operational excellence and client satisfaction. Driven by a passion for innovation, he has spearheaded the adoption of cutting-edge technology to optimise property management processes and elevate the tenant and guest experience.

With more than a decade of experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors, Yasir has consistently delivered exceptional results, earning a reputation for operational excellence and client satisfaction. Director of Operations
A seasoned Director of Operations with expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of hotels across the UK, Sonya has vast experience working with both global brands and independent owners. She excels in strategic leadership, operational and commercial management, and is deeply committed to customer-centric practices. She is passionate about team member engagement, development, and ensuring strong returns for stakeholders, constantly aligning operations with business goals.

HELEN WILKINSON
Head of Sales
With over 15 years of experience in hotel sales, including senior leadership roles at both head office and property levels for highly reputable organisations, Helen possesses extensive expertise across all market segments. She combines a strategic perspective with a hands-on management approach to drive highly successful teams. In the past 7 years, she has also specialised in headhunting and recruiting top-tier hotel professionals for independent and chain hotels throughout the UK, focusing on both commercial and operational roles.
With over 15 years of experience in hotel sales, including senior leadership roles at both head office and property levels for highly reputable organisations, Helen possesses extensive expertise across all market segments. She combines a strategic perspective with a hands-on management approach to drive highly successful teams. In the past 7 years, she has also specialised in headhunting and recruiting top-tier hotel professionals for independent and chain hotels throughout the UK, focusing on both commercial and operational roles.

MARK SHEA
Property Advisor
With over 25 years’ experience providing cost and project management support to clients in the hospitality sector, Mark has worked with major brands and operators including Jumeirah, Fairmont Raffles, Intercontinental and Accor amongst others across the UK, Europe and Middle East regions.
Prior to this Mark led the hospitality sector for the UK, Europe & Middle East for two major consultancies. Mark has been recently engaged by Allied London to provide cost management services for the conversion and refurbishment of the existing Old Granada Studios in Manchester. This conversion will provide a 176 key Mollies Hotel & Diner together with a Soho House private members club.

A highly experienced professional with more than 22 years hospitality experience, Tasneem has proven to deliver operational excellence at every turn throughout a very varied career within the industry.
Most recently she was the Director of Operations for the 4C Hotel Group – leading the operations of 11 properties across the UK and Africa and prior to this she excelled in roles as a General Manager, F&B team leadership, project management and support and many more.
A highly experienced professional with more than 22 years hospitality experience, Tasneem has proven to deliver operational excellence at every turn throughout a very varied career within the industry.

BARRY SMITH
Director of Facilities
Barry is the Director of Facilities, offering expert advice and direction in health, safety and engineering across our portfolio of clients.
With 27 years of diverse experience across various sectors, most recently at Adventure Parc Snowdonia, his technical expertise covers ADIPS, F-Gas regulations, electrical wiring regulations, and environmental legislation.
As a qualified professional in Electrical/Electronic and Mechanical Engineering, Barry excels in capital project management from concept to completion. NEBOSH and IOSH health and safety qualified, he collaborates with regulatory authorities and develops safe systems of work, standard operating procedures, and risk assessments.

Claire joins the London Rock Partners team as a spa specialist, bringing with her vast experience in the luxury of spa management. She’s the founder of Tribe 217, a distinctive brand in the industry and will play a pivotal role in the development of spa offerings across the client collection.

With a reputable history running the operations of independent hotels and a number within the Hilton and IHG group throughout London and the UK, Hamza’s most notable contribution to the hotel industry was his tenacity during the global pandemic. The support that he offered hotels was invaluable. Hamza has been key to driving staff retention and employee engagement within the London Rock Partners portfolio of clients - ensuring that we balance talent retention with new and innovative appointments. Hamza is also responsible for driving tech related solutions into daily hotel operations to drive maximum operational efficiency across all departments.

She brings a robust skill set in total hotel revenue management, forecasting, budgeting, sales and marketing strategy, business analytics, and market analysis.
Roxanne's extensive career includes key roles such as Head of Commercial and Group Revenue & Distributions Manager at Lamington Group, where she developed best-in-class commercial practices. At Hilton London Heathrow Airport, as Commercial Director, she led the commercial function through competitive challenges. Additionally, she held the positions of Cluster Revenue Manager for Hilton SA & Namibia, driving KPI achievement and market share performance.
