Chief Operating Officer
Responsible for delivering operational excellence across hotel leadership teams, Naveed has established a reputation for himself with his work throughout the UK, Europe, the Americas and Africa.
His background spanning in-house and hotel management roles across branded, independent, limited, full service and resort properties has given him the innate understanding of the complexities of the hotel revenue systems make him a key player in the hospitality landscape.
Former company representation includes Kew Green Hotels Ltd and the Eclipse Hotels Group and most recently he was a senior member of the Michels & Taylor Ltd. where he spent more than five years providing invaluable management support for a large portfolio of hotels.

CLARE ANNA
Chief Commercial Officer
Renowned for her business acumen and her ability to drive high performing commercial teams, Clare has garnered a track record in developing very efficient sales, marketing, PR and revenue management initiatives.
With vast experience in both in-house and hotel management roles, Clare was the Regional Director of Sales for De Vere Venues before moving into a group role as the Group Director of Agency Sales for Principal Hotel Company.
Most recently she was the Commercial Director for Michels & Taylor, responsible for driving top line revenue performance via the commercial triangle of sales, marketing and revenue. Her success has earned her the reputation for consistently transforming the results of underperforming hotels.

SYED ZAIDI
Director of Operations
Syed has a proven track record in delivering operational excellence with more than 15 years hospitality experience - most recently as the Global Director of Operations for Eclipse Hotels where he led the operational efforts of more than 14 properties across the UK, Europe and North America. Prior to this he was a Cluster General Manager, working across branded and independent hotel groups.
He is renowned for nurturing a supportive team environment, whilst driving focus on operational delivery, effectiveness, and profitability. He will support the London Rock Partner’s team in their quest for operational excellence across their portfolio of hotels.

ALEXANDRA WHITMORE
Sales Director
With a glamorous list of hotel projects behind her, Alexandra has wide varying experience within the commercial hospitality industry.
Having represented several hotel and event brands, including De Vere, Champneys Health Resorts and Countrywide Hotels Group, Alexandra is well versed in the dynamics of sales and offers a highly adaptable approach to her work.

Nicole Ramsden
Group HR Manager
Nicole is a multi-skilled HR practitioner with a background in the military. She has extensive leadership experience in the effective recruitment, onboarding, retention, employee relations, policies and training.
Her passion lies in employee development, and she has a proven track record of supporting teams globally. Nicole joins London Rock Partners through its continued expansion to provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for all things people related.

HOWARD EGGLESTON
Restaurant & Bars Advisor
Bringing some of the UK’s best F&B expertise to the table is Howard Eggleston, London Rock Partners Restaurants & Bars Advisor.
Howard has owned and operated an impressive portfolio of hospitality venues over a vocation spanning three decades and today is the owner and director of the RHPD Group. The hospitality division of the RHPD Group features the award-winning Tomahawk Steakhouse, RIO Brazilian Steakhouse and Pollo-to-Go takeaway and restaurants across the country.
A multi-concept, multi-site operator, Howard’s unparalleled process for sourcing, developing and opening venues is to a standard that the industry aspires, with high effectivity projects taking shape in an impeccably streamlined manner.
He joins London Rock Partners an advisor and collaborator across several projects. His F&B industry leading expertise is in perfect synergy with the hotel capabilities across the London Rock Partner network and will continue to support the ongoing expansion of our client portfolio.

Operational Support
A highly experienced professional with more than 22 years hospitality experience, Tasneem has proven to deliver operational excellence at every turn throughout a very varied career within the industry.
Most recently she was the Director of Operations for the 4C Hotel Group – leading the operations of 11 properties across the UK and Africa and prior to this she excelled in roles as a General Manager, F&B team leadership, project management and support and many more.

Hospitality Marketing Consultant
The marketing arm of London Rock Partners is spearheaded by Katie King - a renowned hotel marketeer who has represented some of the world's most iconic hotels and event venues.
From the global launch of the Queen Elizabeth 2 to PR representation for the Burj Al Arab - Katie has launched, revived and helped countless hotels thrive with her high spec, budget savvy marketing tactics and strategies. She is called upon by national travel journalists to provide industry insight and was the runner up of the Hotelier Middle East Awards in 2019.
Katie specialises in defining the hotel's voice, its unique positioning and its core markets - enabling her to quickly and effectively
activate an action plan that essentially puts the property firmly on the map.

MARK SHEA
Property Advisor
With over 25 years’ experience providing cost and project management support to clients in the hospitality sector, Mark has worked with major brands and operators including Jumeirah, Fairmont Raffles, Intercontinental and Accor amongst others across the UK, Europe and Middle East regions.
Prior to this Mark led the hospitality sector for the UK, Europe & Middle East for two major consultancies. Mark has been recently engaged by Allied London to provide cost management services for the conversion and refurbishment of the existing Old Granada Studios in Manchester. This conversion will provide a 176 key Mollies Hotel & Diner together with a Soho House private members club.

Head of Revenue Management
With nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Monika joins the London Rock Partners team as Head of Revenue Management.
She brings a vibrant passion for revenue management and a wealth of knowledge to the team, supporting our portfolio of clients to achieve exceptional results with her proven track record in maximising hotel revenue and profitability.
Monika is renowned for her high impact pricing and selling strategies and has transformed the revenue performance of several resorts and independent and branded hotels

Nick is a versatile finance professional with over thirty five years’ multi-industry experience and joins the London Rock Partners team as a management accountant.
Responsible for overseeing the company accounts and supporting the successful growth of its client portfolio across all financial matters, Nick has a track-record in delivering exceptional financial management strategies while improving bottom line and overall productivity.
Nick is a versatile finance professional with over thirty five years’ multi-industry experience and joins the London Rock Partners team as a management accountant.
