These are typically structured as a Floating Rate First Mortgage, B-Note or Mezzanine debt facility up to 80% Loan to Value. We also provide preferred equity.
We generally will lend on assets more than £10 Million/ €10 Million throughout Europe & the U.K
Each loan is analysed on a deal-by-deal basis.
