London Rock Partners appointed to manage the bar and restaurant operations for Cool Fun Ltd in Blackpool



London Rock Partners has been appointed to manage the restaurant and bars operations for Cool Fun Limited who own several outlets in Blackpool.


With ambitious plans in the pipeline which include the opening of Blackpool Museum and a leading spa concept, plus additional restaurants, and bars. The project is located along Blackpool’s popular promenade and forms part of wider developmental plans for Blackpool.


Commenting on the new agreement, Chief Commercial Officer Clare Anna said: “It’s fantastic to add these unique food and beverage outlets to our portfolio and we look forward to working closely with the team, its an exciting time to be operating in Blackpool”


The agreement adds a new dimension of specialist food and beverage management to the London Rock Partners portfolio, which already includes an eclectic collection of independent and branded hotels, restaurants, spas and resorts across the UK, including properties from the Hilton Garden Inn and Mercure Hotels collections.
